*grin* Carl Binder was (I think) an SG-1 writer from early on, and his scripts are as distinctive as Martin Gero's - he probably does character-driven action better than anyone.
Every time I watch a full length shot of JF doing his 'hunting' walk, I think "man, that guy skis a lot" - there's something about his posture that suggests someone who does a lot of ski/boarding sports - knees together, slightly crouched, walking carefully, and yes, seriously impressive reflexes.
The initial reactions bothered until he said 'not when I don't have anything to say' - which kind of summed it up. I would still have preferred him to be more gracious about it, but hey, he's Ronon.
Oh, and I forgot to say that sleepy!Sheppard is completely adorable, topped only by the way Ronon woke him up. Bless! *goes to add to list*
