SGA Flashfic: Rise up and fight

Y'know, I'm starting to remember why I don't usually write for the sga_flashfic challenges. They're invariably distracting from what I'm meant to be writing, and end up taking twice as long as I think. On the other hand, I end up writing things I wouldn't normally tackle, and that's a good thing.

And if I put this in here, I might even remember to cross-reference it to my fic list some time in the near future...

ETA: I'm also sad and pathetic and attention seeking and trying not to take it personally that twice now, my fic has been missed off sga_newsletter. Before you ask, the fics above and below mine are listed. Mine isn't. *sulks* *is ashamed of self for sulking* *sulks some more anyway*

Of the two SGA stories I've posted, one got left off and the other got mislabeled. Blah. But I commented to the newsletter post the second time, and it was fixed. So you know what? You can drop them a comment and your story should appear in tomorrow's... (Well, today's, when you get this, probably...)

It's a huge undertaking, doing a newsletter like that, so I don't blame them at all - I wasn't sure about dropping them a comment, but I will now, thanks :)
