I think I'd be more kindly inclined towards Gwen, if she hadn't been front and centre for pretty much every episode (ditto, Owen) and if she'd actually been seen getting her wrist slapped for her screw-ups. Oh well, at least in fics, if she's in them too much (or I don't like the writing style or I don't like the concept for the story or whatever) I can blow it away (so far, I've been lucky and enjoyed 99% of the fics I've read, with Jack).
I can't wait to read the flirtier!Jack stories and hope we get that onscreen, for both DW and TW in 2007.
I kinda figured that there wouldn't be Spike, if he wasn't around for the fight or in the Magic Box. Great story though, and if you ever do come up with a sequel or a.u. to this with Jack and Buffy and the Scoobies, I'll certainly be eager to read it.
I still want to know what Jack's up to, damnit! He doesn't want Willow able to find them (TW) and I bet if he was just after the haemovores, he'd've dealt with them or watched Buffy and the gang deal with them, without revealing himself to them.
