If I could bottle it up and send it to you I would, in return for some extra dark in Summer when I'm desperate for it! I love Winter and the flicker of firelight and candlelight (OK the fire's a gas one, but it's still in a proper grate and chimney so you get the same effect) and the smell of apples and cinnamon.
