OH I have some advice for this, seriously - my other half bought me a thing called a Lumie Brightspark ™, it's a lamp about two feet long that, well, it's a sunlight lamp and if you have that on in the corner during the time when it WOULD be daylight if it wasn't bloody winter, you get a lot more energy. Then when you switch it *off* it's like cutting puppet strings and you're off to bed. It's been an absolute revelation. ;) Definitely recommended as a means of making you not want to slit your wrists through to March.
