#1. I love going to the theatre, but the problem is always other people... Glad you had a good time though - we should organise a London trip sometime and go see a show. Maybe in the New Year...

#2. Have you tried herbal remedies? Bach's are supposed to be good - just something to chill you out before you go to bed. Also, routine might be good - take a bath before bedtime, or meditate, or at least some breathing exercises (I suck at meditating, but I can do the breathing thing). Just something that signals 'sleep time now' to your brain, and makes it start producing the right chemicals.
