How much honey and lemon can you drink before it officially becomes addictive?

*eyes mug nervously*

It's got to be good for me, right? With all that vitamin C and sweet honey goodness...mmmm...honey...

Sorry, where was I?

Anyone conscious out there or are you still comatose from Thanksgiving lunch? Or hibernating from the weather?(UK folks - it's grim here today. Yuk.)

Comatose... but not from Thanksgiving. I've just spent half an hour on the itinerary of our next trip, then cleaned all my camera kit because I'm due to photograph a friend's wedding in Redditch this afternoon. Right now I should be in the shower but I'm meandering about on LJ instead!

Hibernating would be nice, oh yes. And keep on drinking that stuff, the body can't store Vitamin C, so you have to keep the intake up!

Nah, you don't have to worry until you start lying and stealing in order to get the lemon & honey. Anything short of that is fine *nods*

LJ is well known for having time-sucking properties...

Sounds like you're still having a busy time of it! Any let up by Christmas?

Hibernating would be awesome *switches on light box*

Huh. I didn't know that about vitamin C. *slurps* Better keep it up then!

*G* That sounds reasonable. When I start mugging bees to get my fix, I'll know I'm in trouble...

So when you say honey and lemon, you mean honey and lemon tea, or...?

I am not comatose! Depite having had a mini-Thanksgiving dinner last night, which I admit had no turkey but three baby chickens.

Grim! If only it were so. Sunny here, yay. :/

I mean I squeezed a lemon, poured just-boiled water on it, then put in enough honey that I can drink it. Lovely. Plus, I've got smoked salmon for lunch, so I have extra lemon to put on that ;)

Three chickens! Wow - sounds like an awesome dinner :D

We have fog :( but I have my light box so it's not all bad.

Try honey lemon tea. They're even more addictive. At least for me.

Ah. Sore throat medicine. Now I want some.

Is light box a nickname for your computer or actually, you know, something called a light box?

Grim here too. Damn you, winter. There must be a way to tilt the Earth's axis back the other way.

*g* It's an actual thing, used for treating SAD (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seasonal_affective_disorder). Mine is this one (http://www.lumie.com/shop/products/zip), but they come in all shapes and sizes (and I didn't pay that price!) They're like sunshine in a box, and do me the world of good :)

*g* I'll stick to squeezing lemons for now - we have too many tea bags in our house already...

but this stuff does seem to be addictive :)

No, not those special blend! Just your normal tea, but instead of adding sugar and milk, add honey and lemon. Can be enjoyed hot or cold. :D

Ahhhh, I see. Hmmm... I've never really mastered the whole 'cold tea' thing, but I'll try anything once. Plus, after two caffeine free days, my head is *seriously* complaining. Gotta be worth a try :)

Hm, Archimedes had a good plan. It's just that pesky 'somewhere to stand' part. Perhaps some kind of floating platform encased in an air bubble?

I'm cold! And I keep getting rained on.

Anyone know how to make a floating platform stay in geosynchronous orbit? And where I can find a really BIG bit of wood?

*puts on fluffy socks* :)
