Weighing in on the Robin Hood and historical inaccuracies, trying having a history degree, and living in Nottingham.
There may have been a very long and involved rant about the location of the castle (I was willing to overlook the wrong colour), but sticking Nottingham castle in a valley, nowhere near a river complete negates the reason the damn place was so important at the time.
I got a giggle when dad told me about them leaving horses behind the 'Trip to Jerusalem'. That would put said horses in the cliff...
I gave up on RH after about 3 episodes. Even my Richard Armitage love couldn't redeem it.
