Oh, this is lovely. I sort of wish we'd seen more of this in the actual show, instead of going from him failing his qualification to never mentioning it again. You've done a lovely job of filling in the blanks, and frankly I think Morgan is the best person to help Reid, anyway. I love Hotch dearly, but his method with Reid wasn't terribly helpful. :/ I like the way Morgan understands Reid in this, and the little asides to himself, like realizing Reid isn't over the whistle yet.
