I have a mix of insomnia, out of sync body clock and completely unrefreshing sleep - I usually wake up feeling like I was repeatedly run over by a truck. So, I thought for £7 it couldn't hurt to give it a try. I was surprised how utterly relaxed it made me considering I don't like the guy's voice lol. I did wake up a few times but went straight back to sleep (unusual for me).
That was just the first night, he says it can take a few nights to notice any difference. I know I'm in a lot less pain than usual but I wouldn't recommend trying to drive as I am now, usually I only get this fuzzy after several doses of strong painkillers lol. I'm a bit worried that if it works what it'll do to my fic plotting because the insomniac hours are when I do the most lol.
Sometimes I think they're reading something completely different to what you've written. Of course, there are times when I've actually reread my own fic just to check that I hadn't missed something lol.
The mood themes were more than likely seen when I was going through the recs you put up, but can't remember where.
