Do Not get me started on my Gen rant here and now. I've been noticing the category dwindling on sga_newsletter, and trying to find it in CM is like blood out of a stone. I swing between feeling like a brat for demainding people write what I want to read and feeling like I'm somehow not being a 'proper' fanfic writer for not delving into slash. *sigh* You're not the only one who's disgruntled, apparently ;)
*tilts head* Filtering is definitely cheapest. I'd ask you more but this is an open post. Do email me if you need to rant - I've been surprised at how much good it's done me in the past to drop someone a "GAH!" email that doesn't require a reply. It is frustrating when your flist - which should be a happy place - is a source of so much annoyance.
