You are awesome for riding your bike. I would ride a bike, but I live above the 1000ft contour, and where I work is at sea level (in fact, the basement is I believe below sea level - not that we're anywhere near the sea). Going to work would be fine. Coming back would be impossible unless I was Chris Hoy.

I have been awesome today in ways that are too tedious to recount (they involve an HR problem and an issue to do with client/contractor relationships), but which resulted in one win/win situation, and one win/win/don't count anyway situation.
