I think I agree with pretty much everything you've said. Teh "magic cure" that we got told NOTHING about did make me smile - I think you're right about that part being a bit rushed.
I think Rossi and Prentiss are a great partnership for the reasons you've stated - they do contrast well.
I am slightly ashamed of how much I enjoyed Reid getting hosed down . . .
