*grin* Great minds... That's the one I always make when our bananas are too soggy to eat! I do use sultanas but rarely nuts. One of the things I love about Nigella's recipes is that they tend to cope well with minor changes, although her banana muffins were the ones that went rather wrong. They were edible, it was just that neither of us really *wanted* to eat them!

Thanks, though. I'm going to try to find a recipe recommended someone on the great wide web and will see how I get on with that!
