Dear Yuletide Writer,

I am a simple soul really, and mostly, I would love for you to write something you're going to enjoy and have fun with. Whatever you thought when you saw the fandom listed and thought "I could write for that", that's the story I'd love you to write.

When it comes to me, my tastes are largely on the Gen side of the force, and I like my ratings in the PG-range. I love all the characters in my chosen fandoms, and love to see them all done justice. The things that really push my buttons are friendship, family and team fics, although that often extends to hitting characters with a big stick to see how they react. I love fights, adventure, mystery, comedy, crack-fic, lulls-in-the-action fic, tiny moments and high drama. Angst and character death are fine if they're appropriate to the context, and I adore episode tags.

But mostly I love see the characters from the screen/page in fic, and I love it when the author has obviously enjoyed writing the story.
