Hee. That would be the National Museum of Wales, and they use it a lot, usually after having done an impressive spatial jump (my favorite being in the DW episode with Mark Gatiss turning into a scary monster, where they run out of the Sennedd in the Bay and end up on the steps of the museum in town *g*). The trailer they've been showing for SJA (where you have to pick who's the bad guy out of the postman, the school girl and someone else?) was filmed in Barry Island Pleasure Park, which makes me flail every time it's on. It's good that we're so easily pleased... isn't it? :D
