Plugged in, wired up, bring it on

I think it's safe to say that we are now ready to face the 21st century. We have *deep breath*

A flat screen TV (free standing)
A stereo with speakers (which is attached to the TV for better sound quality)
A freeview box
A video player
A DVD player
An Xbox (as of today)
5 scart leads (at least), a scart splitter and more cabling than I care to think about.

These are all on a single unit in the living room. Apparently the back looks like something out of the Matrix, and there was some hammering going on to adjust a shelf, but now, it's all on and we're ready anything :)

Of course, there's still nothing on TV and we don't have any Xbox games yet, but that's beside the point...
