Still Awesome

jadesfireToday I am awesome because I a)got out of bed, b)came to work and c)stamped about a metre's worth of books. That last one takes about 2 hours *stretches arms* But I did it, and I'm now going home. Once I've done the dozen other things that I couldn't do because I was stamping books. *sigh*
I also put a post out there to see if anyone was interested in a Criminal Minds Big Bang, which took more courage than I knew I had, so I'm claiming that as of the awesome as well.
You guys are always awesome - tell me how.
ETA: Comment notifications are sloooooooooow today, so I'm not ignoring you, I promise! It's just LJ being a pain.

(Trust me, me remembering to post stuff in time is not just awesome, it's a minor miracle. It's not that I forget the date of the birthday, it's that I forget the date we're on and where the two are in relation to one another...)

Date: 2009-02-27 09:10 pm (UTC)Today I was awesome because I got my car booked in for a service/MOT instead of putting it off, and I went to get my shoulders seen to. Apparently they're tense and inflamed, but it's fixable and nowhere near as bad as it could be.

I landed some contract work at £36 an hour that will run alongside the new job.
I gave blood.
