Note to self: watching NCIS is not the same as writing NCIS.

But it is good fun. Or, based on last night's episode, traumatic *wraps team up in big hug*

I'm pondering that myself, and it's trickier because I'm picking up episodes in such haphazard order. I'm also having a hard time getting the sound and deciding who's voice I want to write. With CSI-NY, I immediately gravitated toward the Mac/Danny relationship and found Danny the easiest to write. For most of the procedurals, I'm drawn to either the quirky character or someone outside the main focus of the show. (Using Gordon to write Bones for instance.) But I am determined to write at least one NCIS fic for [livejournal.com profile] mmom this year. Still leaning toward Fornell as the "outsider" to the NCIS family.
