#1. Without even thinking about it, I end up doing 10 minutes of research for comment-fic. Comment fic! Honestly.

#2. I can move through my hundreds of open tabs by hovering over the tab bar and using the mouse scroll wheel. Cool.

#3. If my next netbook can't play the BBC iPlayer it's going right on back to the shop. I think I have an addiction. Even on a day when "I can't find anything I want to watch", I have about 25 tabs open.

For comment fic. You are wonderfully special! *hugs*

Also - hundreds of opened tabs?! Wow. How do you keep track of them all? I can't manage more than I can easily read, which is about half a dozen. *g*

*g* It started out so simple...

Heh, usually I don't. Things come in through my RSS feeds, I open them all up, then click through them. The ones that look interesting get saved to my delicious for later perusal. The others just get closed.

I do the same thing for the BBC iPlayer, just opening everything that sounds vaguely interesting, then choosing at random during the day.

...it's less complicated than it sounds, I swear ;)

There is nothing wrong with doing research for comment!fic. If you need to research, you need to research, simple as that! :-)

Considering the comment-fic was only ~570 words, the research took longer than the writing... There's no hope for me, is there? ;)

Um, sounds pretty normal to me, actually. *g*

(You should see how much research I do for some of my one-paragraph RP tags!)

#1. Was well worth it in my opinion. And things should be right if you can make them right!

#4 LOL!

*grin* I end up throwing lines away if I can't find a research point for them - glossing over is better than getting it wrong!

#4. Seriously. *shakes head* If I had a brain, I'd be dangerous...

#4 - Same reason I do? I read books with my glasses off, and have since I got glasses, and so not being able to read something with my glasses off just seems wrong. :)

Heh, no, sadly not - I'm blind as bat for everything without my glasses. I'm just absent-minded ;)
