Okay, REALLY need to get out more

I spent a good chunk of this evening sorting out my icons file on the home desktop. They are renamed, re-ordered and hopefully now sorted so I can find them. This is more important than it sounds.

It is important because there are 500 of them. And that doesn't include the ones on my work computer, in online storage or on my netbook. Top types are "Jack" with 54, "Stock" with 86 and "Text" with 99.

Apparently I have a lot to say, I just can't decide how to say it.

All I have to do now is figure out how to fit them into 110 icon slots...

Just try fitting them all into 15 slots like my free account. Count your blessings. hee

Only 500? A quick count gives me 763 icons in 26 folders organised by artist rather than fandom. Wish I'd had the money for a permanent account in December.

Since I want different icons for different things, I tend to save the maker name in the filename - it keeps things together! Latest tally is 651, and I know I've got some more caches somewhere.

*grin* I may come a-stealing of icons. Problem is, I never know what kind I'm going to need until I need them. I may have to keep a list.
