I don't plan to stop posting fic to LJ, but it's nice to have my stories somewhere central as well. Backing things up has never been my strong point, and when I realised what would happen if LJ ever crashed.... Well.
*boggles mildly* Do you mean you don't have your stories anywhere other than LJ? I'm such a compulsive backer-upper of my creative stuff that that's just hard for me to imagine. (Though I guess my meta and such is LJ-only ... well, backed on DW now, I guess.)
