I'm not much of a one for fanvids of any kind, but [livejournal.com profile] nightdog_barks recommended this and it's just...well...go watch it!

It's like a game of 'name that fandom' I got Star Trek, B5, Buffy, Angel, Batman and dozens more that I recognised but couldn't name.

Utterly brilliant.

Wow, that was amazing. Thank you for that. V for Vendetta, X Files, X men, Serenity, Angel, Matrix, LOTR... And more. I can't begin to imagine the work that must have gone into that.

I'd noticed The Matrix and LOTR, but so many went past while I was still going "oh, hang on, I know them from somewhere!"

I love that vid. It looks more like a professional music video than a fanvid. I've had it bookmarked for a while now and go back now and then if I need inspiration. It looks so pretty - the use of all these designs and the play with the colours and all these fandoms. It's amazing.

I was just blown away - as I say, I normally don't watch fanvids at all, but I'm so glad I made an exception for this. Inspirational indeed.

Oh, lovely. I recognised a lot of those series - I'd have to go back with pen and paper to figure out which, but it was wonderfully done. I especially liked the masking effect that the maker used. Thanks for telling me it was here!

The grainy effect was just amazing - you can see it, but you can't quite see it, then it jumps into colour. Just stunning - really cheered up my afternoon!

Yup :) And about ninety other fandoms that I'm not going to attempt to list...

Brilliant vid, thanks for the reference. As with everyone else, I love the mask/animation effect. This must have taken *forever* just to assemble the material. I spotted Time Tunnel (where'd she get that clip from), Quantum Leap, Pirates of the Caribbean and Due South in there somewhere I think.
