jadesfireHello! And thank you in advance! In case it's helpful, I've put a bunch of ideas for my requested fandoms below. Thy're really just expanded versions of my optional details from my sign-up, so nothing you don't know already, just putting a bit more detail in there. As always, Optional Details Are Optional.
If it's not helpful, please just ignore them and write the story that you've been meaning to get around to for ages but never quite had the chance/excuse/required pressure to get on with.
LOVES: I am, first and foremost, a Gen fic person. I love friendship fics, team fic, found-family feels, action, humour and crack!fic, and I have a competency kink a mile wide. I don't mind sad stories, as long as they don't have an unrelentingly miserable ending - I enjoy bittersweet and melancholy things very much. AUs are my guilty pleasure, especially fusions and fork in the road' type fics. Fics that fill gaps in canon, or fix plot holes are awesome.
While I love Gen, I'm more than happy to have a romantic pairing in a fic, canon or not, I just prefer the fic not to be *about* the romance.
SQUICKS: Zombies, bullying (even if resolved/tackled in-story), slave AUs, graphic sex/violence, and I'm strongly emetophobic.

Fandom specific stuff:
RIVERS OF LONDON
London has so many urban legends and myths, that just having any of the characters – main or supporting – tackle one of those would be wonderful. I've requested 'Any' because I genuinely love all the characters, so just a small 'day in the life in weird London' story would delight me. After Peter and Nightingale, my particular favourites are Sara Guleed and Abigail, but Zachary Palmer and Lady Caroline are right up there as well.
I'm a huge fan of modern day fairy tales, putting new spins on old stories. One thing I love about Peter is his no-nonsense approach to his apparently nonsensical world, so something where he picks apart an urban myth, or points out the obvious flaw in a fairy tale would be fab.
Something I haven't seen much of is Nightingale in his 'wilderness' years, between the war and his meeting Peter. How did he build a relationship with the new Metropolitan police? He seems to know the commissioner and Seawold - when did they meet?
Also, I'm a Londoner originally, so anything messing around with London landmarks will make me grin happily.
I have a preference away from Grant/Nightingale as a pairing, as it just doesn't work for me, but I have no problems with any other pairings, although I always prefer them in the background rather than as the focus of the fic (even Peter/Beverley).
JESSICA JONES
One of the things I love is Jessica being a competent PI, so a casefic would be awesome. Or how she came to set up Alias Investigations in the first place – Jessica vs bureaucracy as she tries to get her licence would be all kinds of awesome. I'm also a big fan of Malcolm, so would love something after the end of S1 with the two of them bouncing off each other. Something post-Defenders with Jessica dealing or not dealing (however you see it!) would be fab.
While I'd rather not have something from the Killgrave era of her life, if you have something you really want to say about it, then go for it. For myself, I can only ever read that period as non-con.
I quite enjoy the Jessica and Hogarth dynamic, so anything about how they met or came to work together would be fascinating. A story about Robyn and Reuben probably wouldn't be top of my list, but again, if you've got something you're dying to write for them, go for it! I'm up for being surprised
I would very much not like Jess/Trish please, as I read their relationship as siblings, and incest-fic isn't my thing.
DOCTOR STRANGE
Yes, I have requested Cloak of Levitation fic, because (and this isn't a joke) it was my favourite character in the film. No, really. They were the best bits of the film for me, by some distance.
Just anything about its origins, or its previous owners/adventures, or how it came to be in a locked case in New York in the first place. Its continuing adventures with Stephen would also be fab, especially when it's brighter than he is :)
While I know there's such a thing as Stephen/Cloak, I really would love this to be Gen! All the adventures!
SENSE8
My big love in Sense8 is the FAMILY feel of it all. Something focussed on that, on how they support each other through the little things, as well as the big ones that we see on the screen, would be wonderful. Nomi helping someone set up their new smartphone, or Will giving advice on burglar-proofing a house, or Caphaeus helping someone test drive a car or choose a film to watch. I love the quiet moments, with them just being family together.
For this fandom, some kind of futurefic would be amazing – how do they grow old together? What does a mature cluster relationship look like?
My particular loves are for Lito & Hernando & Dani in their adorable little family unit, and how they make that work. Who does the dishes? Who cooks? Who does the laundry? How do they cope with conflicting schedules? And just about anything with Sun, who is my favourite by a mile. Like, literally anything, from her dog to her time in prison, to her on the run, to her helping the others out. She is wonderful, and I can't get enough of her.
While I don't object to them, neither Wolfgang/Kala nor Will/Riley particularly float my boat, so while I wouldn't want them broken up, I'd prefer something that didn't focus on them. Beyond that, I love all the various pairings, so no worries with anything in the background for this, I'd just rather it wasn't shipfic.
THE DEFENDERS
I love how the four of them bounce off each other, so my favourite fics in this fandom are the ones that assume the ending just got magically resolved somehow, and they're all out there in New York, Defending :D Something where they have to tackle small problems, or the other three help out on one of their problems would be fab.
If you do want to write a 'resolve the ending' fic, that would also be great - I'm loving seeing how people tackle that. Fall-out fic also works for me, on how everyone is affected, not just in terms of grieving, but just in general, how they've been changed by their experiences.
While fic about The Hand characters or Elektra isn't top of my list, if you have headcanon that you want to write, I'd be definitely intrigued to see what you come up with.
I also love their 'supporting' characters and would love something with them interacting. Clare and Colleen in particular, but really, any of them giving anyone else advice on how to handle the superhero in their life would be awesome.
While he wouldn't be my first choice for a focus to the story, I don't hate Danny Rand, so am happy to have him in there, and would prefer no character-bashing. I'm very happy with OT4 fic for this fandom, but remain a Gen fan at heart, so prefer family vibes to shipping ones.
