Pilates is all about core strength (I have NONE) to prevent injury when you do other things, so I figured it was a good place to start.
A bunch of the Darcy Bussell videos seem to be on YouTube, so that could be a good place to start. The key to it is that you keep your core still while you do other things - practicing that stability is what works your core muscles more than anything.
