1. The most frustrating thing about fatigue is knowing that if I could just find the energy to do things, I'd gain more energy and be on a roll again. I'm like a car that needs jump starting - once I'm going, I'll be fine, but I can't quite find that activation energy at the moment. It'll pass, it always does, but everything is annoying at the moment!
2. Day 2 of Big Important Week is underway, with a 20 minute meeting before 9am. FUNTIEMS. But it's good, and this afternoon should be even better. I hope! I'll let you know. If it goes as well as my two yesterday, it should be a positive experience.
3. Comment and post replies didn't happen yesterday. This is one part of my routine I really need to get back - it does me so much good to potter around and see what people are up to. Today is so swamped, and I'm feeling so overwhelmed, that I'm going to try working 20/10s, and clear my open tabs in each 10 minute pause. It's better than walking away from the computer entirely, which always takes me away for more than 10 minutes.
4. I'm currently in the market for a new travel mug, especially as more coffee shops offer a discount for bringing your own. Any recommendations? I want something compact and without a handle, but not a KeepCup. The pretty ones I like get terrible reviews, as apparently they leak :(
5. Five Things Make A Post, but I can't think of a fifth, so instead, have a video of a sleepy kitten from my favouite cat Instagram account.

Date: 2018-02-06 11:45 am (UTC)I should attempt to post more but some days I feel like I'm shouting into the ether and I could just as well spend that time writing posts writing those same things into my bujo.
Hope the meeting goes well! <3

Date: 2018-02-06 01:38 pm (UTC)For me, my physical notebook is doings and makings and reminders. I've liked having my DW going again, even if no one replies, because it's helping me track moods and feelings and trends. It won't do much in the short term, but the daily act of assembling a list seems to help my brain somehow. As with my writing, I'm concentrating on doing this for ME first, and if other people like it, awesome! I also know people read, even if they don't comment :)
But I don't really 'journal' so that's the big difference. I brain dump into my notebook, which is something else entirely ;D

Date: 2018-02-06 07:22 pm (UTC)I also have a Bodum stainless steel mug which is really nice except that it does make tea taste a bit metallic, so is less use now I don't really drink coffee any more.
