So. NaNo's started then. So I hear.

I was going to start, I swear, but what with meeting fan_eunice and folks (which was all kinds of awesome, btw), I thought I'd start when I got home. Then when I got home there was hoovering and dusting to be done. Then there was dinner to eat.

Also, my brain is sulking because I want to write in my little made-up world where salt is more valuable than gold, and it wants to write pirate!fic where John and Rodney have swashbuckling adventures, because clearly this is more fun. *facepalm* I've created a monster.

No. I mean I've created an actual monster, not for the next story but the one after that. Probably. It'll appear at some point.

Therefore:

NaNo wordcount for today (and the foreseeable future) = 0

I'm even more doomed than usual...
