Oh, it's wonderful! I'm amazed and so proud and had goosebumps while I listened. You have such a lovely voice, and it's just an incredible experience to hear it read aloud. It gave the story the kind of freshness I get to have as a reader when I see something for the first time. Which, of course, one doesn't get from writing because of all that time spent hammering out the details. :)

I've got the biggest, silliest grin on my face right now. It's always a worry as to whether the author thinks it sounds like their story! I hadn't thought of it like that, but I guess especially with the different accent, it must sound really new.

Oh, yay! I listened last night and you have a beautiful voice! I can't "see" things that I hear very well at all, plus I'm way too close to the story to judge, so I have no idea how it works for someone who hasn't read the story, but I thought it was really well done. Clear, well-paced, good emphasis in the right places, everything awesome!

(Um, funny you should mention "severe case of nerves". *pointedly ignores Rusty coughing in the background*)

It's kind of nerve-wracking reading someone else's story, cos you're never sure how they're going to feel about it. Plus I keep getting attacks of ten ton tongue and having to rerecord paragraphs. But if you liked it, then I'm happy :D
