Aer Marina by crystalshard, which is one of my all time favourites, and not just because it was written for me! The only reason it didn't make my Desert Island list was that I wanted to take one of her longer stories to pass the long nights :D And I now have a page here at Jinjurly's wonderful audio archive, which I really can't rec enough...
