...so how are you?

I'm stuck in work today, which is rotten when it's sunny and nice outside. We've been really short-staffed this week, so I've had to spend too much time down on the main desk, where I can't do any of my own work. Consequently, my desk looks like an explosion in a bookshop. The aim of the day is to get rid of everything with an outstanding invoice. I shall be accompanied by "Isabella, she-wolf of France, queen of England" by Alison Weir on CD and the sound of drilling from the site next door.

So if you want to drop in and say hi, leave me a fic, a rec, a joke or anything else, I'd love to see you. I'm going to post fic to heretoutopia at some point and maybe some of the book reviews I've been pondering. I also appear to have started building a fictional world, which was unexpected but is turning out to be surprisingly fun. We shall see what happens.
