If anyone has any tried and tested non-nauseating food, I'd love to hear suggestions. Every time I eat at the moment, I end feeling incredibly sick, and at the moment, I feel like I've got a golf ball stuck in my throat.
Shockingly, I'm not at work, and have spent the day curled up in bed or asleep. I *never* sleep all morning unless I'm actually sick, so this has gone from 'slight stomach upset' to 'tummy bug', at least in my head, which gives me permission to be ill. Which makes sense to me, at lest.
So yes, if anyone has suggestions for food I could eat without making myself really ill, I'd appreciate. Otherwise, I'll be under a blanket watching Doctor Who and trying to pretend I don't feel like I'm about to throw up :S
