My list of stories to read is getting shorter, so if you have any offers - I'll read anything up to PG (because I'm afraid I cut out swearing when I read, so if you'd rather I didn't, it's probably not the story for me), nothing too explicit, and up to about 5k in length for the moment. My list of epics for future recording is getting longer, which strikes me as ironic. Anyway, I'll tackle any of the fandoms on my interests list, so suggest away - do offer your own stuff, or suggest an author I might like but don't know. Not everything I've tried has worked, but I promise to try!
If you're on my flist and have given me permission to play already, I shall also be working my way through your back catalogue :)

I'm currently looking in the wardrobe, working out what to wear to see 'Singin' in the Rain' at the cinema. Gene Kelly on the big screen. I may swoon. Unfortunately, it's only a Vue cinema, not something like The Rex, which means I shall spend the first ten minutes thinking that it's all too loud, and the rest of the film trying not to recite the words. Can't wait :D
If only all Mondays were like this...
I owe people emails, fic and other things, I'm sure. They're all on a list somewhere and I shall get to them, I promise.

Date: 2008-05-19 02:54 pm (UTC)And if you're running out of fics, you are very much welcome to do any of mine :-) I would be honored and happy et cetera. My list is here (http://roga.livejournal.com/67383.html), and Can't Stop The Turtle (http://roga.livejournal.com/45710.html) might be cool; it's a Discworld/Firefly crossover, but I tried making the narration a bit Discworldish, so your accent could come in handy :-)

Date: 2008-05-19 03:08 pm (UTC)Yay for Singing in the 'Rain in the theater'! My college showed it way back then and it was great because everyone sang along and shouted out lines and whatnot, sort of like "Rocky Horror Picture Show" I bet you'll have a great time!
I'm sure I offered up my fics before, but just in case I didn't please feel free to have a looksee. :)

Date: 2008-05-19 03:27 pm (UTC)I'd be thrilled if you recorded "Terms of Payment," or anything else your heart desires. You read so beautifully, with a writer's eye for how a story flows.

Date: 2008-05-20 08:48 am (UTC)And thank you for the offer - I have terrible trouble going through people's lists and choosing something, so that's great, thanks. I'll add it to my list!
