I've had the same problem myself, only with me it's trying to explain computers. ("No, no, you DOUBLE click on an icon - yes, that's an icon.") At work today, I had to set the date and time on my boss's mobile, because he didn't know how to.

*facepalm* Because, you know, mobiles are so new and scary... Just think what'll happen when everyone has to have Vista... ;)

*grin* I'm not getting Vista until they bring out its first service pack, just to make sure the worst of the bugs are fixed.
