Yes, this is hilarious...terrified of turning the page for fear of losing the text, and not being able to open it from the spine side. The little helpdesk man is just utter win, thank you for this.

I've had the same problem myself, only with me it's trying to explain computers. ("No, no, you DOUBLE click on an icon - yes, that's an icon.") At work today, I had to set the date and time on my boss's mobile, because he didn't know how to.
