Today's vid-spam

So. Some time last year, I posted the video of the wonderful ice-skating cowboys. Everyone remember that? Yes? No? Aw, have it again anyway:

The presenter confidently says that the women in the audience will enjoy it. *pets her* Yes, love, just the women, I'm sure.

Anyway, don't ask me how I found this. I can't remember what I did an hour ago, let alone this morning. But this year, I give you Singing Cowboys. Or to give the clip its official title "Captain Smartypants Sings Driedel". I have no idea why they would do this, apart from to make me giggle.

okay, that driedel song was the oddest most hysterical thing I've seen in ages (they briefly broke into "Hava Nagila" at the end of the line dancing there, which is all sorts of wrong/funny)

I had an urge to (among other things) write those skating cowboys' mommas and daddies a nice letter: "Thank you so much for having such handsome children and enrolling them skating lessons. Oh, yes indeedy." :D

Am I a complete perv that I spent at least half that vid waiting for them to strip off? oops!

That aside... blimey those guys are talented! Some of those moves... it's the kind of thing you think "yeah, yeah, that's easy!" because it's just walking or jumping, but then you think "hang on - ICE!", and omg all the jumping & twizzling and yaythankyouverymuchforposting!

(actually, that'd be rather freezy cold, and if they didn't have hairy chests we'd know they weren't proper cowboys at all... *wanders off into thoughts of minature iciles forming on muscly chests*)
