Well, I've had 12 votes, 8 in favour and 3 against (and 1 'too busy' which I don't think is meant as an objection in principle), so even my maths can tell that that's a majority view.
I'll have a mull about comms and names and rules and deadlines, but I'm thinking end of August for prompts and end of September for fics. I'm also thinking of encouraging short, happy stories rather than long romances. I may even add a 'why do you want to see this written' option to the bottom of the prompt outline - just to be cheered up or to offset an angst balance or whatever. That one may need a bit of work...
I had planned to make it Doctor Who, Torchwood and crossover specific, but I'll open it up to all fandoms if wanted. (sorry
karaokegal but some people like the fluff - I promise to find you some good angst to compensate ;))
