Yes, this is hilarious...terrified of turning the page for fear of losing the text, and not being able to open it from the spine side. The little helpdesk man is just utter win, thank you for this.

I think my favourite bit was the "I got that far on my own!" - I've said that waaay too many times :)
This actually made it onto the news in its country of origin (?Norway?) Books are news. Excellent :)
