More Memage (or: The Boredom sets in)
Jun. 25th, 2007 05:33 pmEDIT: Slightly overwhelmed by response (*sniff* I love you guys ;)) and lack of LJ notifications...*grrr*
Also, clicked on spoiler pictures. Brain exploded. Must clean up mess before I go home. Squeeing all the way.
How long to Saturday?
Will reply to everyone in the morning, scout's honour :)
Ooh, while I think of it, I'm planning on having an icon shuffle over the next few days, so if random pictures turn up in your journals, it's probably me being indecisive as usual...
I did one of these a while back, but they're always entertaining, and I've met some of you guys since then. Plus I'm nosy and I have to stay late at work - entertain me, people! ;) Picked up from
fajrdrako.
I want to know 28 things about you. I don't care if we've never talked, never liked each other, or if we already know everything about each other. I really don't. I'm curious about who's on my list and who has me on theirs. What kind of people share this odd non-space with each other, hm?

3. Single or Taken:
4. Favorite Movie:

12. Would you keep a secret from me if you thought it was in my best interest?
13. What is your favorite memory of us?
14. What is your favorite guilty pleasure?
15. Tell me one odd/interesting fact about you:
16. You can have three wishes (for yourself, so forget all the 'world peace etc' malarkey) - what are they?
17. Can we get together and bake a cake?
18. Which country is your spiritual home?
19. What is your big weakness?
20. Do you think I'm a good person?
21. What was your best/favorite subject at school?
22. Describe your accent:

24. What do you wear to sleep?

27. If I only had one day to live, what would we do together? (If you have no idea, just say something crazy, it'll entertain me!)
28. Will you repost this so I can fill it out for you?

3. Taken
4. Oh dear. Uh. I'll say Unbreakable, but I've loved so many movies in recent years, I can't really choose.
5. Mozart's Clarinet Quintet
6. Glenn Miller (and his orchestra...)
7. Clean
8. None
9. No
10. Everything will work out. Eventually.
11. And despite 10, the bottle is still usually half-empty.
12. Yes
13. Coming up with a crazy drabble prompt and getting a hugely satisfying answer.
14. Chocolate.
15. I've won prizes for translation contests. Three times, though never first place.
16. 1) The Absolute Sandman 2)All DW DVD's, including the ones not out yet and spinoffs. 3)Clothes that are actually cut to *my* figure and don't wear out within the year.
17. I doubt the geography permits it easily, but otherwise I don't see why not.
18. the UK
19. I'd be the world's greatest procrastinator if I ever got around to it.
20. Yes. You seem to do a lot for other people without asking anything in return.
21. Best? English/Physics. Favourite? Chemistry.
22. In my native language I have the regional accent of where I was born, slightly modified with the accent of the city I'm studying in. In English, it varies wildly depending on who I'm talking to, but my 'base' accent is vaguely American with a lot of British influences.
23. I wouldn't know what to change.
24. A long T-shirt, generally.
25. Either. Though skirts to at least halfway down my lower legs.
26. Neither.
27. Fly to Cardiff and stalk John Barrowman (Or David Tennant. Your choice.)
28. Maybe. :-)

*grin* Trust me, it was just as much fun to write
16. 3)Clothes that are actually cut to *my* figure and don't wear out within the year.
Oh yes! So glad that's not just a UK thing :D
19. I'd be the world's greatest procrastinator if I ever got around to it.
I may have to print that out and stick it on my wall...
27. Fly to Cardiff and stalk John Barrowman (Or David Tennant. Your choice.)
Hmmmm...I hate decisions. Why not both?

I'm reasonably sure I stole that expression from someone else. But it fits me just fine. :-)
Why not both?
We could do both, I suppose. But we only have one day, and that would reduce the time we'd get to spend with either, if we also take into account the time needed to find and get close to them. ;-p

Date: 2007-06-27 02:12 pm (UTC)RE icon: Thanks. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I'd wanted to make a slightly more cheerful version than that, really, but I couldn't find any suitable images.

Date: 2007-06-27 02:43 pm (UTC)The Bourne Identity was surprisingly good, though I don't think I will ever really like Matt Damon, languages notwithstanding.

Date: 2007-06-27 02:56 pm (UTC)I have mixed feelings about The Dark Knight Returns - as about all Frank Miller's Batman work. I was thinking of stories like The Long Halloween and Hush.
I did love The Bourne Identity and look forward to the coming Bourne movie.
